Your theory is reasonable. Bondi from her position of authority could have stated just that -- "the Epstein files have been criminally polluted with planted evidence and we are working to root out the perpetrators and restore the honor of the Bureau."

But she didn't. Instead we got "there is nothing to release" after the media show of releasing "Phase 1". Worse, the statement was issued in an unsigned memo, on a snewz-day cycle, to a lesser-known media outlet, and followed up by a "raw" video that cannot be raw because it was spliced together in places and shorted by almost three minutes. And that after Kash Patel went on Rogan to say the Bureau was being slow and meticulous, and would not release a video that even had 4 minutes of missing data for fear of stoking theories. And now ... the full-on democrat/rino "nothing to see here, please move along (or you're stupid)" routine?

All we want is honesty. And we are not getting that. And that is a HUGE problem for MAGA going into the midterms. The handling of this issue has been ridiculously stupid. This is not the way pre-assassination attempt Trump would have handled this :-(
