Although I don’t think he’s handling it the right way I do get his point. Also, nothing in his comments said not to release it the documents. They will come out and the people who want the Epstein files will say they’ve all been whitewashed and scrubbed. He really doesn’t want the whole administration to turn to this crap and I do get HIS position also. I think if he saw it more from the transparency perspective he may deal with it differently but he probably sees this as nothing more than a way to “special counsel “ his administration.

It seems as though there is enough evidence that multiple people were involved. There’s witness testimony from the girls and Alan Dershowitz’s statements that he saw the names of suspects in this case (he was on the team defending Epstein).
So the government has names of the suspects and if they have sufficient evidence to bring charges those people should be arrested.
We don’t really need a “client list” we need arrests.

If you want to explain why you really can’t release the information, we’d believe you — but that would mean that you were releasing the relevant information — so until then, nobody’s going to believe you.
Some may want to forget and move on, but that doesn’t mean they believe you, and failure of trust is a bad thing.
Question that will never have an answer, if they ever released a list, people who see names they don’t want to see will go “that’s a fake list, where’s the real list”, and people who don’t see names they want to see will go “that’s not the full list, show us the full list”, and all the people who are obsessed with the list are going to be in one of those two groups, and they’ll complain about a “coverup” just like they are now, and they will keep going on about it forever, regardless of whether a list is released.

My sense is that people who use the word “list” want no data released.
People who use the word “files” want data released.
Words matter.
