Yep. Says a lot about em.
It took awhile, but it finally led to their demise with the Babylonian conquest. Those that manged to survive and were left behind ended up eating their own children to survive.

In his old age, Solomon turned away from God. Thus God anointed Jeroboam king over those 10 tribes of Israel. So those tribes did nothing wrong by leaving Solomon.

Yes, those 10 tribes did soon anger God by falling into idolatry.
