Clarice offers a well-written defense of Bondi and the DOJ, but her argument isn’t conclusive.
She leans on an absence of evidence she couldn’t access even if it existed, downplays serious red flags, cites sources with personal stakes (like Dershowitz), and relies on trust in institutions that many no longer share.
It’s a plausible rebuttal—not proof that nothing’s being hidden. In fact, it reads more like a skilled defense attorney’s closing argument than a definitive debunking.
Good article, but I’ll still prefer my “Occam’s razor” hypothesis: releasing what Epstein files exist would implicate Republicans along with some Democrats at a time when the Senate and House have thin GOPee majorities. They simply think the risk is too great, and it doesn’t go beyond that reasoning.

Only explanation that connects all the dots for me is that Epstein was somehow working in conjunction with the intelligence community. And that itself is bizarre, although considering what those imperial bastards have done over the decades, not entirely incredible.

Everything the administration does is put under an intense microscope.
That gives much less room for error.
The fact that the "Epstein Tapes" are reported to include huge amounts kiddie porn simply proves that Epstein was using not just using access to underage girls for his operation, he was also supplying kiddie porn to his clients and blackmail targets as well as using his jail bait sex slaves to further his subversion schemes .
The number of people in government and positions of responsibility that we are seeing taken down by pedophilia and kiddie porn is staggering so Feldman's dismissal of "pizza gate" activities ring hollow.
Not sure why she has chosen to take this position , but she is spreading a totally false narrative.
I reluctantly support President Trump's decision to send Epstein's Lolita Island affair on a trip down the memory hole in the spirit of realpolitik but to try to re write history and say that the Epstein Affair was a bogus, blown out of proportion media event is total disinformation.
Frankly, Clarice Feldman's new avocation as an Epstein apologist tends to make a Mossad connection to the Epstein affair a lot more plausible.
The US society of today simply does not consider pedophilia a serious offense. In the 1960s in a number of States, rape was a capital offense. “Carnal knowledge” of a child under a given age was a capital offense, regardless if it was rape or “consetual.” But another couple years of Democrat rule and pedophilia will be legalized. The ‘Rats and their media are working hard on that. I don’t agree that all the people trying to make the story go away are pedos, but the tide has been moving in that direction for years.
I usually read Clarice for wisdom and clarity on a subject. Not sure she succeeded today the way she usually does.
Likely scrubbed it long before any criminal investigation.
