One of the complaints against Poland's Jews before WWII was that too many of them were involved in pimping prostitutes. Epstein was pimping off young girls... Israel was settled by many Polish Jews, and many of them rose to positions of power there, e.g., Yitzhak Shamir, Simon Peres, Menachem Begin, etc.

People want to know who is above the law, and why it has been permitted.
