All those hailing SCOTUS tossing the nationwide injunction nonsense seemed to miss the fact that if the judges could abuse that, they could abuse class action law as well. Typical of that scumbag Roberts to support a ruling that allowed a backdoor against Trump. Now the US will have to appeal the class status.

The funny thing is all those in the class will have to register as being born of temporary visitors or illegals. Something ICE might find handy.
