“average...a number expressing the central or typical value in a set of data, in particular the mode, median, or (most commonly) the mean, which is calculated by dividing the sum of the values in the set by their number.”

“The price of gas has been flat.”
That’s not what I’ve seen.
We elected Trump to open up the economy.
One of his great successes is the lowering of gasoline prices.
One can’t expect gasoline prices to drop 30 cents a gallon every six months though.
The Trump gasoline price drop is probably a one-off thing that should be ignored when deciding the rate to lend out money.
“Here on Long Island any decent house ignites a bidding war.
Be aware that Long Island property taxes are so high that many Long Island houses are not properly maintained and updated.
“I’m going through this right now with a relative. It’s crazy.”
It is crazy. You’ve got a guy likely to be elected New York City mayor promising to raise taxes on corporations in NYC, which will likely drive them out.
Long Island house prices are dependent to a considerate extent on having high salary jobs in NYC.
My searches on realtor.com indicate New Jersey houses are better maintained.
THE LAST PHONE CALL I GOT “WANTING ME TO SELL MY HOUSE”:
I DEMANDED $8 MILLION & ALL CASH & 180 DAY ESCROW TO FIND A NEW PROPERTY....

That’s not what I’ve seen.
The average price of gas, from month to month, has been flat. I've demonstrated that.
Your rebuttal that gas "pricing bounced up and down by as much as 30 cents a gallon during those months", doesn't contradict that.
I asked you if you knew what the meaning of the word "average" means and you didn't respond in your own words, and your last answer I think, doesn't show that you do what it means.
My points stand. Have a good day.
With illegals having to leave that removes $$ pressure on housing. There will be a crash.
Exactly. IâÂÂm looking to buy and where IâÂÂm interested in is just too high right now. Unrealistic
Ivey lived on Long Island my entire long life.
My son and many relatives live in NJ. The houses are generally older and the maintenance didn’t impress me.
<>Show me the data by region.<>
It is in the article.
I actually read pretty far in before I bailed.
Will look again.
Thanks.
