A new poll has found 44 percent of Californian adults would vote for the state to leave the United States and become a fully independent nation, which the Independent California Institute (ICI) told Newsweek is a "record high poll result for secession."
Newsweek contacted California Governor Gavin Newsom for comment via email on Tuesday outside of regular office hours.

Well, if Commiefornia wants to secede from the Union, I won’t stop them. In fact, more power to them. If they want communism so much, they can form their own nation.
Interesting, given that their top industries and college are essentially CIA properties, how the assets would be divvied up in such a diverse. CA voters might not get all they think they have coming to them.
California Constitution permits it to divide into parts. So section out LA and SF into their own states, and let the cecede.
California, Oregon, Washington, out. Alberta in.

California currently has 44 Dem House members and 8 R. The loss of this 36-vote dem edge would probably put the House off limits to the leftists for 100 years.
These people ought to read what happen to states in the 1860s who tried to secede. Maybe if the Mexican army invaded.
I would think the spooks would like their controlled assets in Silicon Valley and Hollywood to be in a diffetent country. So many work arounds and degrees of separation.

Good point. Democrats nationally would be completely opposed to California leaving the union. Just saying , it would be a heck of a lot harder for any Democrat to win a presidential election, without being able to pencil in California’s electoral votes for the Democrat.
