There’s a scale stick of some kind in the full photo, but I cannot tell what the scale is. The stick shows 20 units. Are they centimeters? If so, the head appears to be about 2 1/2 feet from back to front.

but the facial features suggest he may be a god, a Roman dignitary, or possibly even the emperor himself. That does not look like Trajan at all.
