Another misguided lawsuit inviting the feds into MORE unconstitutional activity.
The feds have NOTHING constitutionally to do with private enterprise including sports like MLB and the Dodgers.
When will the misguidance end?

Dodgers should not exist. The Dodger name belongs to the Brooklyn Dodgers - when the BD's left, the name should have stayed in Brooklyn. Let that LA team come up with something that identifies them as being in LA.
