Impressive tomato production! Find out what varieties he grows, Please! That Salsa sounds really good!
I add lime to my cooked Salsa, too. I CHEAT and use Mrs. Wages’ Salsa mix for the seasonings; I use a combo of tomatoes and chopped sweet peppers.
I also add canned, rinsed & drained black beans and thawed frozen corn to my Salsa. Makes it a bit chunkier and it goes further because we go through a LOT of Salsa around here!
You can get Mrs. Wages mixes at Walmart, Menard’s, Farm & Fleet or Amaz0n.
My brother’s answer on the tomatoes he’s growing ... not particularly helpful.

I’m in need of advice on how to get rid of crows.
We’ve had a few in the past but after mr. mm mowed today I saw a flock of about 8-10 pecking around in the grass. I know they can be nasty, destructive birds, but also heard that they’re very smart and if they see you shooting at them, they’ll retaliate as they can recognize people.
We do have places to hide to shoot them from.
Anyone have any advice?
