The app allows people to alert others with the app that ICE is in the area. More than a few pro-ICE users have downloaded the app and send out bogus alerts every time they are out and about. I have heard a few say that when they go to Home Depot and send out an alert, the place empties out quickly.
I might have to try it at Lowes.

A natural gas line exploded in Berwyn, Illinois, on Thursday afternoon after strong storms swept through the Chicago area. The fire burned for hours after several explosions happened in succession. The blasts caused damage to the area, but luckily nobody was injured.
