The United States Air Force Honors Band at the 2025 annual Basel, Switzerland Military Tattoo; the opening parade.
It was held this past week.
My son-in-law plays French Horn.
A military tattoo is a “show of talent” among nations and includes bands, drill teams and other “feats of talent”.

Way cool! The military has some awesome musicians... sounds like your SIL is one of them. :).

My bucket list includes a trip to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. In the OSU Marching Band, I played the alto horn which is a field version of the French Horn. Congratulations to your son-in-law! Life long memories!
Oh, I also had a friend who was also in the OSU Marching Band. She was the first female to dot the i in Script Ohio. After graduation, she entered the USAF and retired after 30 years as a Chief Master Sgt as a bass play in The United States Air Force Band. I'm not sure of the difference between that band and the honors band that your son-in-law is in.
