Also American wheat is different than the European wheat (govt interference in the 20s) Wheat, corn and sugar are in everything, along with lots of other chemicals (ultra-processed foods).
Your best foods are located on the outer aisles (walls) of the supermarket....vegetables, meats, dairy... Most everything in the inner aisles...poison.

They don’t grow sugar in Hawaii anymore. A family member was living in Maui in 2017, when they used to burn the cane fields after harvest, causing much sinus distress. Since then, they have shut down the majority of the sugar cane fields. It’s one of the reasons wildfires are now a problem, since they shut off the water to the fields. They want to cover those cane fields with condos and hotel resort developments. Not sure who they think is going to be able to afford vacationing in Maui.
Strange to say but I just saw a re-election commercial on the comedy channel for that no-count RINO CornHolio implying Trump was endorsing him. WTF is up with that. It was based out of Austin so I’m thinking they were using old footage mixed in with some new as the no taxes on tips, etc. were mentioned.
