Great anecdote!
I don’t recall if the Feds have given an ultimatum of self deport and you ‘might’ be considered a candidate to come back vs we’re forced to deport you and you are essentially knocking yourself out the chance to get back in a proper line with the rest of the world that doesn’t have the same ease to just walk north and cross a porous border.
