Excellent written summary, plus Podcast - "The Insurrection Act allows presidents to deploy federal troops not only in cases of insurrection but also when federal law can't practicably be enforced through conventional means. The Posse Comitatus Act, which many point to as preventing such a use of troops, is not the obstacle many assume it is."

I'm sure that is on Trump's agenda.
If we ever get to the point where we have deported them all my guess is closer to 50 million
Chuck Schumer has already called for their amnesty
Of course, both parties passed the immigration laws and both parties have ignored what they passed.
The Biden argument that "we need new law before I can act on immigration" was absurd. As President Trump said in his address to Congress, "We didn't need new law. All we needed was a New President."
Thank Goodness that today's SCOTUS ruling lets the president be president.
Supreme Court Legalizes Trump Presidency
June 27, 2025WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Supreme Court issued a ruling this morning that it is legal for President Donald Trump to be the president.
In a 6-3 decision, the court held that since Trump was, in fact, elected to be president, his ability to "do president things" was protected under the law.
"The court hereby rules that a president can be president," wrote Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who penned the decision for the majority. "By virtue of being president, that person is the president. I can't freaking believe I'm having to explain this."
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wrote a scathing dissent for the minority, arguing that she really didn't like that presidents could do stuff and also that it was very unfair how pretty Justice Barrett is for her age. "I'm really getting sick of looking at her still-youthful face," wrote Jackson. "Also, I hate laws. Laws are stupid. Case closed."
At publishing time, Justice Jackson had challenged Justice Barrett to a pay-per-view cage match.
I agree.
Trump will support "A Really Hard Road To Citizenship" after the 2026 Mid-Term Election.
No matter who is elected President in 2028, Trump's "Really Hard Road To Citizenship" will become a "Mass Green Card Amnesty" in 2029.
Biggest mass deportation effort in history to mass amnesty. Ain’t happening.
fascism
companies still make money
schindler after all got rich
china is practicing fascism
This is the key…I think many would be surprised how our businesses talk out of both sides of their mouths.
I’m convinced once Democrats get enough power they will engage a Night of the Broken Glass type event against mostly Republican leaning constituencies.
Not a matter of if but when.
Please, yes. Suspend posse comitatus for illegals only. Please.
Not when the courts are open, Ex parte Milligan (1866).
At this rate there won’t be any commerce to chamber. They should get a new plan.
They were throwing about the 20 million number back in the early 2000’s, so it is easily over 30 million now.
Except, our crimigrants are enemy combatants. Like, the terror cell discussed earlier. Like, the cartel monkeys all over the country. Yeah, use the military to round up all these mongrels. Deport the CCP spies, too.
I bet they can especially the snipers
Can the military enforce immigration law, yes. Should the military enforce immigration law, No. The biggest problem with using the military in that fashion is that relatively few members of the military have appropriate training for the required duties.

“I have no idea how many illegally here have been allowed to vote or be used as a vote or as a stat to pad the seats of some of the worst blue states in this Republic, but if millions of people leave, and poof, blue states start losing House seats, maybe America will actually be seen as a place where real Americans have had their vote and Sovereignty diminished greatly because of foreign illegals and invaders for years. And maybe the Military is the only way to corral millions of people out that shouldn’t be here.”
I live in a small town near Houston that has a large percentage of Hispanic residents (about 40%). I spoke to a lady this morning who is 77 and a legal immigrant from Mexico (and a big Trump supporter). She observed that her local Catholic church used to be packed for its Latin mass but has recently been nearly empty. She speculated that many are self-deporting.
Perhaps the military is not the only or best way. On the other hand, it might be necessary in some cases, especially the criminal gangs.
