Oleksiy Goncharenko, a member of the Ukrainian parliament, tells the European Parliament the simple truth in the clearest way possible!

He's calling out the uselessness of resolutions without the will to back them up, and thanking Israel for taking action on Iran, and for protecting human rights by standing up to Iran.
Arguing over Russia's invasion aside, Goncharenko would fit in on FR with what we think in general about the UN and EU parliament.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz, today (Friday, 27 June 2025):
The State of Israel absolutely rejects the contemptible blood libels that have been published in the Ha’aretz newspaper, according to which “IDF Soldiers Ordered to Shoot Deliberately at Unarmed Gazans Waiting for Humanitarian Aid.”
These are malicious falsehoods designed to defame the IDF, the most moral military in the world.
The IDF operates in difficult conditions against a terrorist enemy that operates out of a civilian population and hides behind it, using it as human shields, and uses a complete industry of lies to harm the legitimacy of the State of Israel.
The soldiers of the IDF receive clear orders to avoid harming innocents – and operate accordingly.
Israel calls on all of the free and democratic countries to stand alongside it in its just and moral fight against the murderous Hamas terrorist organization.

A channel affiliated with Hezbollah summarizes the number of casualties in the “Axis of Resistance” after twenty months of fighting against Israel:
35 Iranian generals and 637 members of the Revolutionary Guards;
Almost all of Hamas’s leadership in the Gaza Strip and 15,600 Hamas operatives;
Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Nasrallah and 29 first-tier commanders, in addition to 3,000 of the organization’s fighters;
About a thousand Houthi fighters in Yemen;
Four leaders in pro-Iranian militias in Iraq and sixty operatives.
What is Israel’s Greatest Achievement in the Nearly Two-Year Campaign, Particularly Against Iran?
Many in Israel consider the military achievements—primarily the strikes on Iran’s nuclear program and ballistic missile program, and perhaps subsequent diplomatic successes—as the greatest accomplishments Israel has achieved so far in this campaign. However, there is one achievement that has gone under the radar, not in the form of a decisive victory, but rather the weakening and dismantling of unity within the Muslim nation. Allow me to explain.
Hamas, which was part of the Shiite axis established by the Iranian regime, launched an uncoordinated attack against Israel, hoping that after their significant success, other Iranian proxies would join them within hours and strike Israel harshly. This would involve an invasion by Hezbollah terrorists, Shiite militias, and pro-Iranian forces in Iraq and Syria, the Houthis in Yemen, supported by missile and suicide drone barrages from all proxies—led by Hezbollah—and, of course, Iran itself, which would launch hundreds of ballistic missiles and suicide drones to paralyze Israel. This would allow the other forces to conquer large swaths of Israeli territory, expecting a unification of forces across the Muslim and Arab world to ultimately destroy Israel. That did not happen. Hezbollah joined only a day later in a supportive role, launching rockets and suicide drones daily as support, not as full-scale war. The same applied to the Houthis and the militias, who offered support rather than engaging in war. Iran did not intervene or provide military assistance from its territory until the war directly affected its personnel. Thus, the unity of the battle was lost from the very first stage, giving Israel the time to strike terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip, later target Hezbollah and the Houthis, and finally Iran itself. Consequently, the alliance Iran had created through a chokehold on Israel, along with a coalition of interests with Sunni groups like Hamas, was shattered. This axis collapsed and failed to fulfill its plan to destroy Israel. Until October 6, there was a unified axis—albeit an almost impossible alliance of Sunnis and Shiites—but its purpose was clear, and it worked toward that moment of truth.
Subsequently, Israel dealt a crushing blow to Hezbollah, and Iran did not intervene or provide military support from its territory, except for one retaliatory attack following the elimination of Hassan Nasrallah, in which an Iranian general was also killed. Iran then lost its land bridge for transferring weapons from Iran directly to Hezbollah in Lebanon through the Assad regime, which collapsed after Iran and its proxies failed to provide military support on the ground. Thus, another key link in the Shiite axis disintegrated, and Iran lost more of its power, opening up aerial opportunities to approach Iran and prepare for widespread strikes without air defense obstacles or the involvement of its proxies against Israel.
The axis failed to achieve its goal of destroying Israel. All its proxies were weakened and are now preoccupied with their own survival. After the campaign against Iran, Iran itself is now dealing with its own problems. As a result, there is no longer a Muslim unity under the Shiite axis. In essence, the greatest existential threat to Israel is not the nuclear threat but rather a unified Muslim front with the singular goal of destroying the State of Israel.
The idea of an Islamic caliphate is also a unifying concept, acting as a magnet for the Muslim nation worldwide to unite under it and its goal. This idea has several proponents in the Muslim nation, and as a result of the campaign, another proponent emerged in the form of al-Julani, the president of Syria. In the Arab world, there has been no unity under pan-Arabism for many years. Now, after the significant achievements in the campaign against the Shiite axis, there is also no pan-Islamism. The Muslim and Arab worlds are not united; each is preoccupied with its own bubble.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration acknowledged late Tuesday that its transfer of $1.7 billion to Iran earlier this year was made entirely in cash, using non-U.S. currency, as Republican critics of the transaction continued to denounce the payments.
Treasury Department spokeswoman Dawn Selak said in a statement the cash payments were necessary because of the “effectiveness of U.S. and international sanctions,” which isolated Iran from the international finance system.
The $1.7 billion was the settlement of a decades-old arbitration claim between the U.S. and Iran. An initial $400 million of euros, Swiss francs and other foreign currency was delivered on pallets Jan. 17, the same day Tehran agreed to release four American prisoners.
The Obama administration had claimed the events were separate, but recently acknowledged the cash was used as leverage until the Americans were allowed to leave Iran. The remaining $1.3 billion represented estimated interest on the Iranian cash the U.S. had held since the 1970s. The administration had previously declined to say if the interest was delivered to Iran in physical cash, as with the principal, or via a more regular banking mechanism.
According to whistleblower, Iran harbored known CIA asset Osama bin Laden with the knowledge of top U.S. officials, including Hillary Clinton, via a secret deal.
Iran blackmailed the Obama administration, threatening to expose the FAKE KILLING of Osama bin Laden unless the Obama administration paid $152 billion.
Audio evidence confirms $2 billion in cash was funneled back to U.S. politicians to keep them quiet.
“We’ll hold off killing Osama until the time is right to use him as a trophy,” a congressman admitted on tape, revealing bin Laden’s survival was a political pawn used to get Barack Obama elected for a second term.
SEAL Team 6, aware they killed a decoy double, became a liability for Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration. The helicopter of Seal Team 6 was shot down months later, killing 38. No rescue was called. The administration left them to die.
Documents also tie the Clinton and John McCain Foundations to Middle Eastern terrorism, implicating a web of corruption funding terrorists to start proxy wars.
To my knowledge, no one has been brought to justice, since this was aired years ago.
Deals behind the scenes are still happening. Nothing to suggest otherwise

The final result will be that the Abraham Accords coalition including Saudi Arabia will develop governance and money to rebuild Gaza and the West Bank into a completely new entity.
All the old elements will be excluded except for some face saving propositions. The new protectorate will be under the coalition rule for perhaps at least ten years while the government and especially the economy are being developed into sustainable reality.
What was Palestine will not be in the future. The change can’t occur absent Arab coalition ( Saudi Arabia and UAE) money and they are not going to allow the money to continue to be rat holed. The Sunni’s will never again allow any vestige of Shia radicalism to exist, much less control.
The primary problem of Iran and the surrogates is pretty much over. Iran is no longer capable of supporting them. If President Trump doesn’t screw around whining Peace, Peace, Peace and allow Hamas to be exterminated completely the process can begin pretty soon.
President Trump and his peace at any price deal making might end up screwing the process he set out to create in his first term
