I’m confused. I thought GE sold most of the appliance park to the Chinese company, Haerer (sp?) a few years ago ? I was unaware of a remaining GE presence. I know the refrigerator portion was divested

Yea. They did. It’s now “GE Appliances, a Haier Company”

It’s now 100% Chinese owned. They just kept the “GE brand” name for marketing purposes.
