Makes sense. Lack of sleep, constantly getting that cortisol and adrenaline bump, lots og booze for many, lots of eating out or grabbing some carryout on the way home...very little down time foe exercise.
A lot of work falls into that zone.
And now he’s pimping nicotine to the masses.

I guarantee my job had as much stress and I did it for over 3 decades…dealing with the public.
My best I ever made was under 75,000 a year. Carlson was getting about 100,000 a day.
But I did like him and to be honest I probably watch FOX 1/2 as much since they fired him…to this day.
And yet, the ladies on Fox News rarely get fat. Of course, they also tend to be younger. But Megyn Kelly is no youngster, and she spent a lot of time on Fox before splitting off and is in shape.
I myself am fat. I attribute it to getting married later in life (34) and liking comfort food. I do not blame my IT employment.
