I’ve suggested that, before. DJT could throw a curve to whomever monitors such things....pay for random pizza parties, out-of-pocket.

Pizza delivery drivers may be suspect, as well. Remember the Fort Dix attack? Recon by pizza delivery drivers. I hope it’s better now, but pizza deliveries become so routine on military bases that I think their vehicles escape a lot of scrutiny.

Entities monitoring could just as easily watch the parking lots and entry gates for increased activity on typically low traffic times.
