Listen to the stinky beginning of this song video (below).   It almost sounds at the beginning there like the congressman, but if you wait a minute or two, the song does eventually get better on this video, so, maybe with hard work, practice, and perseverance, Hank could also produce some better stuff like these guys eventually did.
