Just a bit more information, the explosion wasn't at the SpaceX launch pad, it was at their testing location a couple miles away (they do the tests there for this very reason so they don't lose the entire launch complex if things go south.)
While it will be a setback as it looks like the test facility sustained major damage which will likely put any testing on hold for weeks or months, it could have been worse.
