I've been following this conflict between Israel and the Muslim countries for years. While I care nothing for the Jewish religion nor the Islam religion. What I see is people who just want to live in western style peace; without having their busses, weddings, markets, etc. bombed just because they exist.

I think what you’re saying is probably closer to what Tucker Carlson is actually saying. I haven’t been keeping track of what all everybody is saying so I might be missing something, but in the interview with Glenn Greenwald the points that they spoke about revolved around
1. Israel as an ally hasn’t always been good to us, as evidenced by their leaking of military secrets to China, and “friendly fire” incidents
2. “America First” doesn’t seem compatible with willingness to go to war on behalf of Israel even when it doesn’t serve American interests (I think this is where Trump would disagree that this is against US interests, saying that knocking out Iran’s nuclear capability WOULD serve US interests. OTOH, Trump is still trying to get that done by making a deal with Iran rather than by blowing them away - although it seems that might be changing imminently. It seems to me that his goal is the same as with Gaza: clean out the bad stuff that’s been holding decent people hostage and help them build their way into a place of hope. Under the Shah Iran was not extremist; the normal people were interested in prosperity. I think Trump would like to see them get back to that place.)
3. The US always siding with Israel even when Israel has done wrong - such as the hypocrisy you mentioned regarding inspections for nuclear programs for BOTH countries - means that we have no credibility to win over anybody who sees we are NOT trying to hear both sides. (I think Trump is trying to hear both sides though. I think he wants to make sure that Iran loses its nukes for good and then show goodwill to Iran by helping the moderate elements to help the country thrive WITHOUT the sharia and belligerence. Might be a pipe dream but if their ability to threaten the whole world is gone, what do we have to lose by trying? At some point we have to stop looking the other way when Israel betrays us and treats others badly - although I do recognize that they have a right to defend themselves and that they are surrounded by some who religiously want all of them dead. I guess what I’m thinking is that Tucker and Trump probably agree on this more than they might think, but Trump wants to get the nuclear threat eliminated first and THEN address other things. I also think that Trump wants to use Putin to help steer Iran the right direction, and I think Putin is trying to do that. Trump is trying to build goodwill amongst many countries while also getting rid of as much war and threat of war as possible.)
Something else that factors in here is that Mossad HAD to have known that July 7th was in the works. It did not catch THEM by surprise. Why did they allow that attack? I also suspect that our CIA knew 9-11 was coming. Able Danger was trying like crazy to warn about the Brooklyn sleeper cell headed by Mohammad Atta, and the bigwigs shut them down - probably because they were also finding that Clinton’s SecDef had illegally sold US satellite technology to a company run by the Chinese Communist Party’s military leader’s wife... So why, exactly, did the CIA allow 9-11 to happen? They knew Able Danger was credible because they knew it had accurately found the SecDef’s treason; they could shut down the program to protect the SecDef and still defend the US from an imminent attack. Why didn’t they?
I think there’s a lot that needs to be hashed out. Unfortunately, that’s not possible given the climate right now - with one side trying to harass even college students if they’re Jewish, and the other side saying if you even say that Jews killed Jesus you are hateful anti-semitic Nazis who have to be silenced, bankrupted, and maybe even imprisoned. We have to get past all the red herrings and get to a place where we can talk about reality rather than the hate/fear-induced frenzy that both sides want us to see..

Trump says nothing about Iran not complying with the NPT. He says they can not have the bomb.
His reasoning is based on the mullahs’ belief — that they can kill for Allah. In other words, the mullahs are insane and insane people should not have the bomb.
It appears that a US flagged tanker the Thor is on fire in the straits of Hormuz and possibly two other tankers nearby. So Trump warned Iran and they FA’d and now they’re going to FO. I guess that’s the excuse we need to blow up Fordow or whatever. Speculation is that we will be taking action soon.
