If that weren’t the case, there’d be no reason for skinny people to bother eating well at all.

“weight loss-resistant individuals”?
Horseshiiite

Morbidly Obese is not cool.
Don’t blame it on “Big Bones”, or silly statements.

Healthy food. Clean water. Sunshine. Get off your arse.

...paid for by Big Pharma and Big Food.

Sounds like they’re getting things in place to claim RFK is full of Shiite.

I find it hard to believe that any thinking person would give a seconds’ thought to what is contained in any “study” coming out of Harvard.

You don’t lose weight to get healthy, you get healthy to lose weight.

More of Harvard’s fake studies, full of gaslighting and disinformation. An institution that despises enlightenment, as evidenced by the trash-people who get accepted and graduate.

Next is “you don’t need to stop smoking to prevent lung cancer.”

Actually you got it wrong. Big Pharma wants you to believe that getting thin by taking pills is healthy.

It can take some time to overcome Insulin Resistance so that the body can start tapping into the fat stores, but that doesn’t mean that you’re health isn’t improving in the process.

I know I need to lose weight because I can no longer get in and out of my vehicle. But most of the healthiest people I know are considered “fat.”

So even though caloric output is greater than your caloric input over a period of time (weeks and months) the body might become more efficient at using calories (metabolic adjustment) requiring an even greater deficit to continue losing weight. Very interesting.

Lose only enough weight to get inside recommended range. Not go below the range. Muscle mass stores vital nutrients and immunity cells.
