The premise of this article seems to imply that because he is a popular person, he should be given a pass.

Overstaying your VISA is a serious charge, or it used to be. You KNOW when you are supposed to leave and if you choose to ignore, there were serious consequences, at least in the past.

You can be barred from coming back to the country for many years or forever.

The guy has some good vids, surprised he wasn’t granted a 6 month visa. He looks to have enough income not to become parasite on the taxpayers.
