Actually, you are onto something. Install two girth-capable seats in coach in the place of the usual three. Charge 1.5x the price so the revenue is the same (assuming the large person would usually pay for two seats). Large bodies can ride in comfort and therefore the passengers who would otherwise be crammed in can too. Advertise the heck out of it.
