Well done article
BUT
Turtle… Geeze we associate that with Mitch. But very clever analogy.
I alway stop and pick up turtles and take well beyond road
I carry in my vehicle very thick heavy leather gloves. The large or small turtles have a very nasty bite.
About half a year ago I was returning to son’s abode and a car was blocking sideways the entire road. A young lady came out from behind frantically waving her hands indicating I shouldn’t drive around her(which of course I couldn’t space wise. ) got out and saw reason. A very large turtle. I wasn’t sure I could move it I hadn’t had my surgery yet and was not miss energy or miss flexible.
But I got my gloves , picked him up. He was not pleased. Kicking all legs and trying to bite
Mission accomplished. Said goodbye to her and her boyfriend in car.
