I don't know what is happening here where I live but the drivers are going crazy. Cell phones, legal cannibus, alcohol. WHAT? All 3 of these were in my town today. :-( I am scared to drive anywhere. I have to go over this bridge to go to Kennewick where my dentist is.

Then there was one on the freeway. Someone said it looked like he was going the wrong way. Hit a car and then crossed the medium and hit a semi.
