“Queenie” here is so serious about those baked beans that I bought a new 9x13 pan, just for that recipe.
It’s a “Pyrex Deep” ... 3” sides instead of 2”. The beans tend to overrun the 2” depth when being transported. This pan also comes with a top which is great ... I can never get the foil tight enough to prevent leakage. Walmart had the best price, $16 something & it was in stock at the store. Amazon wa $22 - $26.
I love Pyrex. I have a few ‘vintage’ pieces of theirs that have glass lids. They were my Grandma’s; I love them so much! :)
