Mmm, flour fried. Have you tried panko on the second dip? Flour —> Egg wash —> Flour —> egg wash —> panko. Fried in lard of course.
Mine was 11 Herbs and spices -> Rice Flour -> Egg wash (with hotsauce and cider vinegar) -> AP Flour with 1/4 tsp Baking Soda.
Sadly, I used the Canola left over from previous frying my Freedom Fries.
Only because I couldn’t obtain any duck fat.
