A traffic cop gets hit by a car. The driver ran him down and the cop ended up on the hood. Driver kept driving. Cop on the hood shot the driver several times.

Driver survived. Driver’s sister in the back seat says cops shouldn’t shoot her brother just because he wouldn’t stop with a cop on the hood of his car.
