I have to avoid anything that would skyrocket my blood pressure. I have an aortic aneurysm (saccular) located near the supraceliac branch. Between a recurrence of the cancer or the aneurysm, the latter is most likely to take me out.

I’m 69. Recently retired as a fitness trainer. I do a full body workout twice a week. Works for me.
