Aviation ping!
Any discussion about hot sauce always reminds me of a product I stocked at Safeway.
Mongolian Fire Oil
Never tried it, but always loved the name.
Nice. Have you tried Yellow Bird hot sauces? So darn good. Texas made.

I strongly suspect that beer was named after me. 😏
As long as it wasn’t Arrogant Bastard ale.
I bought a 12 pack of Garage Beer. It claims to be beer-flavored beer.
This is a small production hot sauce that can be quite hot. The site is missing the “Ow” level, which uses Carolina Reapers.
Last year I grew the best Carolina Reapers that I made into hot sauce. I call it FAFO Sauce. Reapers have twice the heat of the Ghost Pepper.
Great idea!
I make BBQ sauces (currently on the side). Not yet public. One more flavor to go and still working on the website.
I’d be happy to develop a unique recipe, submit it here and tweak it based upon feedback to a genuine FReeper original sauce. I already have an idea for the ‘label’ (at most a banner for the public recipe).
Freepmail me any suggestions for the sauce, if anyone is interested. Basically, my lineup covers practically all the popular regional types, but an original based upon any of those shouldn’t be that difficult. I have a dozen derivations that will likely never make it to the kitchen (>18 is enough).
A ping list and BBQ thread may be forthcoming, depending...
I make my own Jalapeño/Ghost hot sauce. It’s awesome.
Is that the Jersey Sarcasm Lager or the Barrel Brothers Sarcasm Porter?
I always thought someone should make “Butthurt” hot sauce. Would be a big seller to the Hillary followers.
For those whose guts just can’t take the hothothotsauce, Whataburger produces a spicy ketchup for sale at Walmart that is nice and picante.
I tend to like India Pale Ales. I’ll definitely have to try this.
I’d like to try the hot sauce... The IPA, not so much.
I distaste any IPA/DIPA/hoppy as hell beer, so you can have all of mine.
Here’s a perfect crispy chicken delight to eat with your beer... it takes a couple of days, but simply pull the bones out tender, juicy, crispy and delicious:
