I had 3 covid shots 4 years ago. Now at age 85, I mowed my lawn this morning in 85 deg Florida humid weather. No chest pains or lack of stamina. Caveat I never smoked weed, and gave up booze at age 50. And never miss daily exercise.
My understanding is heart damage from the shot only largely effects young people (particularly young men).
