IMHO, the left in their racism think that the only obstacle to their control are whites, especially white Christians. Thus diluting the population with more Hispanics and Muslims and Haitians give them, as the left sees it, a population that's easier to control and less liable to rise against them.

In other they words they are looking for people that are compliant. If that were the case they wouldn’t import Muslims as they least likely to comply with a non-Islamic government.
