They were in Romes error not Gods. They were following the Word of God and not "he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws".

"Rome" isn't the point of discussion here. Nobody here has proved what was originally asserted: that a Pope changed the Sabbath. Why can't you people stay on topic? Never mind: I think I know.

No one here has provided any proof a Pope "changed" the Sabbath, which was my original objection. You'd better just go to bed.
