Following a horrific crime, a teen murderer was sentenced to life in prison after he smirked in the courtroom and remarked how he’d “be home soon.” Reacting to his disrespect, the judge put the teen criminal back in his place with an epic comeback, which drew widespread support from online conservatives.

For context, John Honore attempted to carjack 73-year-old Linda Frickey in New Orleans on March 21, 2022. Honore attacked the female victim, pepper-sprayed her, and then dragged Frickey behind the stolen vehicle for over 200 yards, leading to her death. Ultimately, he was sentenced to life in prison with a possibility of parole in 25 years.

Starting off with a flippant response, the convicted murderer said, “I just want to tell y’all I’ll be home soon, or I’ll be keen (sic) on I love my family,” shortly before sentencing. However, the judge had other plans and sent the teenage hooligan reeling.

Slamming the disrespectful criminal, the judge said, “We’ll go to trial, and if you’re convicted of felony murder, you’ll go to prison for the rest of your life. That means you’ll die there. That’s what I’m tempted to do due to the horrifying nature of the crime.”

Under a clip of the interaction posted to X, conservatives flocked to the comments to express their anger. One such comment said, “The glorification of these types of activities is a product of Hollywood. Game theory says that Divide and Conquer is phase 1. This activity is a huge divider. We have to unite as a country now. America As One is an unstoppable force united as one! This is their fear.”

Referring to the sentencing, many users said that life in prison was an appropriate punishment for the horrific crime. One user noted, “14-year-old gets a life in prison. He’s not smirking now. Thank you Judge, for possibly saving other innocent people from being his victim.” Responding to the previous comment, a user stated, “Yes I agree. Sounds brutal to sentence a 14 yr old to life but we all know he’s not going to magically change into a Rhodes scholar. For the foreseeable future he’s going to remain what he is now, a sociopath.”

Slamming the teenager for his callous acts, a comment read, “I don’t care how old he is, What he did and then was able to laugh about shows an utter disregard for life! That’s what you would call a cold blooded killer! I hate to see a 14 yr old thrown in prison, but he needs to learn he can’t get away with murder!”

Joking about the typical double standards of the Democrats, one user stated, “Well leftist say children should be able to make their own decisions about transitioning from a male to female. So, they must be old enough to face the consequences of their choices.”

Rounding out the comments, one user wondered if the murderer would be free sooner than expected, saying, “Unfortunately, there’s a chance he’ll be released as a young adult. Seen it happen before, this kids get out at 19-21yrs old instead of serving their full sentences Such a joke.”

Hook him up behind one of the cars belonging to the women’s relatives, and drag him to death...

IMO, if you maliciously take another person’s life, the death penalty should be automatic.

Executions should be done in public so that others will know the sure consequences of their evil actions.
