You might want to remove one food item at a time, with advice of how to do this from a dietician, to see if there is one food that is causing it.
It could a sugar problem. Not processed sugar, mind you, if your diet is low in processed sugar, but in your total carbs. If your carb count is too high, your body can’t process all your carbs and may just be converting to blood sugar to try and store it somewhere.
I do a warrior diet. I am male. Once a day.My body tells me what it wants to eat. I got about a 3 hour window or whatever. Eat whatever I want as much as I want.
What I have found is that I am eating a lot of berries for dessert.
I am at my fighting weight and annoying my wife.
