The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is on the brink of “chaos” in the aftermath of the DNC moving forward with a process to oust gun control activist and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting survivor David Hogg as vice chair.
Officials in the DNC have reportedly found “themselves in a war of words over the issues at play” in the aftermath of the DNC’s credentials committee 13-2 vote to void the election results from February in which Hogg and Pennsylvania state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta (D) were elected to serve as co-vice chairmen of the committee, the Hill reported.
In a statement issued, Hogg noted that while the vote was “based on how the DNC conducted its officers’ elections,” it was “impossible to ignore the broader context” of his work to spend roughly $20 million to “primary ineffective members of Congress.”
“Today, the DNC took its first steps to remove me from my position as Vice Chair At-Large,” Hogg said. “While this vote was based on how the DNC conducted its officers’ elections, which I had nothing to do with, it is also impossible to ignore the broader context of my work to reform the party which loomed large over this vote.”

I think Hogg ought to sue; I’m sure some judge somewhere will issue an injunction saying they have to reinstate him, and help him throw them all out of office and finish burning The Party to the ground.
If the democrats are really in that much trouble watch for republicans to self-sabotage. The republican party will try to save the democrats.
GOP doesn’t have to “sow dysentery in the ranks.” Dem factions are doing it themselves.

I for one support hogs effort to reform the party. The democrats have long been in denial. Their singular tactic is ‘messaging’. The use of language to veil, disguise, conceal their true nature. Davie Hog is simply trying to get away from the ‘messaging’ and turn the party to be overtly communist. He truly believes that Americans will vote for candidates who are openly hostile to a well regulated free market society (aka red communists). And in the circles that he runs in that’s very true. But those circles are much smaller than he imagines them to be. The democrats then to become fully marginalized, and I wholeheartedly support that.
Why in the world would they put this punk into a position of power. It’s not like he really has a political following...

I’d like to see the progreive wing of the Democrats break off and form a new party. That would give the remaining 2 or 3 democrat members a chance to move to the middle.
