When it is no longer in aid of Muslim terrorist led universal domination I will agree that such laws should be unconstitutional. As Yogi Berra once said "In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is."

Speech that leads to disruptive violence and denial of every citizens constitutional rights is not protected by the first amendment. Right now hate speech rules have been directed at right wing fascism that seeks to defend US citizens and their rights under the constitution.

I know the hack to how to control the entire populace. Don’t control people who are rioting because of what someone else said. Then make a law against speech. Another group wants protection. Say it is naggers first, then fags, then Jews, lets move onto Muslims, Hispanics, then Catholics, that means WASP are the social sinners, and NOBODY PROTECTS THE MAJORITY.
