I know the hack to how to control the entire populace. Don’t control people who are rioting because of what someone else said. Then make a law against speech. Another group wants protection. Say it is naggers first, then fags, then Jews, lets move onto Muslims, Hispanics, then Catholics, that means WASP are the social sinners, and NOBODY PROTECTS THE MAJORITY.
I agree. If we were to jail folks who riot for a long long time or at least huge civil fines and jail and wealth rescision for those who fund them, then we can protect speech like this. But it always goes way beyond speech to threats and intimidation of others. Maybe charge them with extortion and blackmail if rioters make demands to get something unwarranted and illegal in exchange for not burning down the rest of your city.
