Best place to buy men’s dress shirts

It was my "go to" place for dress shirts until it was turned over to gay management. I haven't been back. I'm retiring in 30 days, so I won't have need of dress shirts for the office. The last time I purchased a suit was in 1991 for my interview with the current employer. I weighed 193 lbs. Today, I weigh 149 lbs. I would need to replace the suit and shirt. My tie collection is just fine. Nothing in my wardrobe even suitable for my own funeral.

I stopped buy JCP dress shirts years ago. While the neck size and sleeve length were as labeled, they made sleeves tighter to where it became hard to slide my arms in. The change could be seen in comparing the sleeves in old and new JCP shirts (of the same size and style).

I also stopped buying JCP penny loafers because the "leather" didn't last as long and the rubber heels were hollow and wore out sooner. But the lower shoe quality has been seen with other brands. Nowadays, good leather shoes are just expensive. Now I buy rubber-soled jogging shoes for everyday use.
