They don't even imply what killed him, or what equipment he was using, and you besmirch the diver regardless??

I don’t dive, but I know that is around the limit of what diving can be done with regular air, and when you are down at 160 feet, a lot of things can happen that have little to do with the diver.
It is like working on the flight deck of a carrier...you can do everything right, and still get killed through no fault of your own. 160 feet down is a dangerous environment.
I don’t get where you see that as a pointed or even an implied criticism of the diver. That was a statement of fact, that’s all.
