If I’m following correctly: She’s here illegally. She committed a crime. She believes the US Constitution protects her as an illegal alien and thief. She likely was receiving benefits here paid by our taxes.

With this baby and probably other offspring, she is maxxing out what she can get from Joe Schmoe taxpayer.
15 years ago and before, the claim/justification was that illegal aliens are paying for our Social Security. Today they are a certified drain on our SS.
My bet is that many illegal aliens are getting SS disability monthly checks of a thousand or so. For sure the legal immigrants exploit this to the maximum. In these “communities”, how to mooch off state and Federal governments travels around like wildfire.
