She admitted to directing her staff to pay a fine from the office’s contingent fund, which she deposited into her own account. As a result, she was placed on a pretrial diversion program where she agreed to repay the misappropriated funds and remain crime-free. She was also fined $750 for ethical violations related to the prosecution of former Governor Eric Greitens.
There will not be true justice in Tish’s case just as there was not true justice in the cases above.
There is a two-tier system seemingly based on color and it determines if one gets justice or a slap on the wrist.
