Saw the video presented in court. Her douche boyfriend got her killed. She was the innocent victim of her boyfriend’s drunken belligerence. He was also keeping HIS gun in HER purse because he was not allowed to possess due to prior convictions. The boyfriend stormed off from a verbal altercation outside of a bar and walked down the middle of the street. And as the shooter’s car passed by, he slammed the front fender of the car and kept walking. The driver of the car hit the brakes at which point the drunk boyfriend turned back and grabbed the girl and swung her around to get his gun out of her purse. According to the time stamp on the video, he did pull the gun out and started toward the car as the other fellow then got out with his gun.

By the way, the belligerent drunk boyfriend is sitting in jail on unrelated charges. Unfortunately, her only crime was being attracted to an asshole.
