I’m glad that you take in some vegetables. My husband has been doing mostly meat and eggs for quite a while now; and though it doesn’t seem to be harming him, I couldn’t live without some vegetables...
When he was still eating more widely, my husband made some chocolate ‘fat bombs’ using monk fruit or some other sweetener, I can’t remember. We had to keep them frozen, but they were pretty good as an occasional chocolate fix.
