I rarely see any snack items for sale that are actually one serving. When you read the label most items are 2 or 3 servings.

Almost every snack item is a single serving. The label is just reduced because these manufacturers know people are idiots and don't read, so they can make people think the bag has 1/2 or 1/3 the salt or sugar that's actually in it. It's still a single serving in terms of someone eating it, it's just two or three "servings" so the nutrition facts look better to people.

Try comparing the serving SIZE across brands, flavors, or size bags. Alot of them are one Oz, 8-12 chips. Not very many people eat that little. Maybe a three-year-old. Maybe.

So you are saying that a bag of chips labeled three serving are actually one serving and the manufacturer is lying.

I don’t think so.

People are just used to pig sized servings
