Weird, as the father (suspect) is lead out of the courtroom, it’s by two women , one white, the other black , while the big crew cut white cop is three steps behind . Weird. Notice the perps defiant look.

Having a loaded pistol in the commission of a felony is a crime, but it’s not a threat to police, especially when the felon was running away. Killing the felon represents murder.
Using a vehicle to intentionally run down and kill a person is murder with malice.
