Yes! I began learning at the age of 60 from YouTube. Justin Guitar, Andy Guitar, Simplified Guitar, just to name a few great teachers. Ivor Sorefingers is wonderful, too. I’ll never be Carlos Santana, lol, but I enjoy learning an instrument that I loved as a kid but we couldn’t afford lessons. Now I also play the ukulele, which is easier to learn and great fun.
Marty Music is pretty good too. I’ll never go beyond intermediate at my age. But I still have fun at it. My dog likes to howl along with the Univibe or Wah pedal.
I learned a lot about open-G tuning watching his videos.
He has a great looking telecaster style guitar, not sure who makes it but it,s nice and is pale blue.
I have two fender telecasters, a surf green one and a black one with a white pick guard... but his blue one looks a lot nicer. Here's a pic of it, note he has removed the low-e string to play 5-string open-g
